Judith A. Simms
Judith helps her clients navigate the complicated immigration system through discussing their needs and coming up with strategies to reach their goals. With initial strategy sessions and frequent communication throughout she helps her clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families.
Judith has experience representing foreign nationals and their families before USCIS. Specifically, she helps people to bring their families to the US with family petitions, fiancé visa petitions, adjustment of status (green card) applications, citizenship, waiver applications, and assistance with removal cases.
Judith is a second generation immigrant of Jamaican heritage and a Bronx, NY native. She is a member in many professional organizations that reflect her interest in immigration issues. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
